Why should you make smoked pork loin?

 Smoked Pork Loin is  a cheap and easy way to make a mouth watering meal.  

Preparation

Trim the Loin.

Create your dry rub. 

Fire up the  grill.

What to do

The trim for this cut is very easy. Simply cut the loin into five pound portions and  remove the fat cap.

What will you need?

 3 tbls Smoked Paprika

1 tsp Black Pepper

1 tsp Chili powder

3 tbls Brown Sugar

1 tsp Granulated onion 

3 tbls Salt

Use olive oil to help rub stick and leave at room temp for 30 minutes!

time to grill.

Heat up the grill to 250 F 

Smoke the Loin using indirect heat for two hours.  After one hours turn the loin 180 degrees toward the heat.

Check for a internal tempature of 140-145F!

 Finishing            up 

 Once the loin has  reached 145 F  take it off the grill and let sit for 15-30 minutes then slice thin and dig in!
