What We Don't Do

If you have a specific problem with your Weber or Traeger grill, contact the manufacturer directly: Weber 1-800-446-1071, Traeger 1-800-872-3437. We can't diagnose specific issues without seeing the grill, and the manufacturers have certified service technicians who can.
