Refund Policy

If Grease Killer Spray does not work for you, you can request a refund within 90 days of the delivery date. This covers opened bottles — we expect you to actually try the product.

1. Email contact@qualitygrillparts.com with your order number and the email used at checkout.
2. Tell us briefly what did not work — it helps us improve the product guidance.
3. We reply within two business days with return instructions if a return is required.

• Requests must be made within 90 days of delivery.
• For multi-bottle bundles, unopened bottles should be returned; opened bottles do not need to be.
• Return shipping is covered by us for defective or damaged goods.
• We cannot refund orders placed outside our store or through third-party sellers.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval (or of us receiving the return, where one is required). Your bank may take a few extra days to display it.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will ship a replacement or refund you in full — no return needed in most cases.

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before dispatch. Once a parcel has left our facility, the refund process above applies.
