Shipping Policy

We ship to addresses within the United States, including APO/FPO military addresses. We do not currently ship internationally.

• Orders of two bottles or more: free standard shipping.
• Single-bottle orders: $4.95 flat standard shipping.
• Priority + insured delivery: optional $9.95 upgrade at checkout.

Orders are packed within 1–2 business days of payment. Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Priority orders are packed first and typically arrive in 2–4 business days. Weekends, public holidays and carrier delays can extend these windows.

A tracking number is emailed to the address on your order as soon as the parcel is scanned by the carrier. If tracking has not updated within three business days of dispatch, email us and we will chase the carrier.

Please check your street address, unit number and ZIP code before paying. We can only change an address before the parcel is dispatched. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect address can be reshipped once the return arrives, with shipping charged again.

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date. Orders with the priority + insured upgrade are replaced at no cost. Standard orders are handled case by case and we will always work with you toward a fair outcome.
