Smoked  Country Style Pork Ribs

We are going to start with Country Style Ribs that have been cut from the Boston Butt. These have plenty of fat and are going to be Juicy!

Get that rub on both sides of the ribs!

Set Up Your Kettle With Indirect Heat

Let the Dry Rub Melt Into the Meat!

It takes about 30 minutes for the rub to start to dissolve.

Smoke for 90 Minutes at 250F

The ribs are done at an internal temperature of 145F.

Glaze the Ribs with Melted Peach Preserves

Slice these thin and dig in!
