  • 2 tbsp soy sauce 
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce 
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced 
  • 1 tsp five-spice powder 
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper 
  • 1 tsp sugar 
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil 
  • 2 green onions, chopped 


  • In a bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, minced garlic, five-spice powder, white pepper, and sugar. 
  • Add the pork belly bites to the bowl and mix well to coat the pork with the marinade. Let it marinate for 20 minutes.
